Bishop E. W. Jackson, Sr. would prefer all abortion clinics in Virginia and elsewhere to permanently close.  

Bishop Jackson was asked to speak about the protection of life and planned to attend.  He regrets he was unable to attend the rally in Richmond, VA on Thursday, January 13, 2011 Scheduling conflicts prevented him from joining the rally. 

Bishop Jackson is the Chairman for the MLK Leadership breakfast being held this Monday in Chesapeake, VA.  He was detained taking care of the final details necessary to complete preparation for this Monday’s MLK Leadership breakfast.  Tickets are still available and Bishop hopes you will join him for the event!
 
The theme for this year’s MLK breakfast is, “Courageous Leadership”. Congressman Randy Forbes will lead a moment of silence for the victims of the Tucson massacre.  Representative Forbes is a colleague of Representative Gabrielle Giffords.  An award honoring the Crew will also be presented to the Crew of the USS Nitze, a guided missile destroyer based in Norfolk, VA.
